Privacy Notice
This notice explains what TriStats collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Kyriacos Kolokasides, on behalf of TriStats (company under formation), Paralimni, Cyprus. Contact: hello@tristatsapp.com
What we collect
- What you type in the pilot form: email address, role, and, if you choose to give them, first name, main race distance, watch or app, and country.
- Your consent choices and the date and time you gave them.
- Technical data that our hosting provider records to deliver the site and stop abuse, such as IP address and browser type.
What we do not collect
- Your training file. The demo reads it in your browser. It is not uploaded to us and we cannot see it.
- FlowState entries. Anything you enter about your cycle or health in the demo stays in your browser on your device.
- Tracking data. This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. The demo stores its own state in your browser's local storage so it works; you can clear it in your browser settings.
Why we use your data
- To give you demo access and run the pilot, including the weekly pilot email with tips and short surveys.
- To invite you to the beta, if you ticked that box.
- To understand who is in the pilot, using your role, distance, device and country in aggregate.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time, with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect what happened before.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and stores form submissions. Netlify is based in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards Netlify provides under EU data-protection law.
- Our email delivery provider sends the pilot emails. We name the provider here before the first email is sent.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the official launch of TriStats.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to hello@tristatsapp.com and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to the authority in your own country.
Age
The pilot is for people aged 16 or older.
About the demo
TriStats is in development. The demo is a functional prototype. Scores and predictions are estimates, and FlowState and Fuelling are wellness guidance only, not medical or dietary advice.
